Clan Name: Raikou Clan (Lightning Clan)

---------- General Info ----------

Alliance: No one but themselves.

Location: A mountain palace, although that's where the elders are and the royal family the normal members live around the mountain.

Features: Although the clan allows almost anyone in the royal blood or pure blood members have white hair and are usually rather tall and slender. Also all of the pure blood members and royalty clan members have blue eyes that is except Kisho who has almost red eyes. Something that all members of the clan share is a small tattoo of a lighting bold on there shoulder.

History: Long ago it was said that a mountain was home to the gods of the elements and very things of life. As time passed these gods got bored and decided to leave the mountain to go explore other realms. While they were gone the humans that were left to care take for them grew old and after a hundred years everyone gave up hope on the idea that the gods would return. So mere mortals moved to the top of the mountain, of course they were the wealthiest mortals in the area. As time passed the mortals started to feel the power of the gods but decided to stay where they were. Upon returning the gods were in raged at this, except Zeus, whom saw these mortals in a different way. Finding out that the other gods wanted to kill the mortals as there punishment Zeus grew angry and decided to stop the rest of the gods. They all branded Zeus as a traitor so attacked him planning on killing him. But something happened that not they, Zeus, or any mortal expected. A small boy cried out in plead to stop the fighting, begging that bloodshed was not needed and simply that he alone would accept punishment for the wrong doing of all man. Zeus looked at the bravery and honor of this kid and wished to reward it, the other gods simply killed the boy and went to kill the rest of the mortals. Enraged even more Zeus killed all the other gods and then blessed the boys little sister as he went off to sleep for a long time, and in a gods eyes a long time is more like forever for us. The little sister and a group of people that were living in the mountain palace decided to stay and continue on life but always they thanked the great lightning god Zeus. As the little girl grew into becoming a woman she found she had gifts like that of Zeus and gave her power evenly to all of the people in the palace, making them pure blooded to the clan. But although she split the power evenly she had the capability to grow stronger then everyone else, she didn’t though. After a few generations the pure bloods and now royal family learned to control there powers better although the royal blood always learned it quicker and had far more potential. Now of course it is said that if one was to master the power well enough they could even meet the great Zeus. Of course that all legend and no one really can be 100% sure its true but the old scrolls and the entire palaces history points to that being the truth. Kisho is of the royal family and so far has shown that he is the greatest of all the Raikou clan members although he still has much growing to do. The population of the clan has exploded cause the clan now lets in non pure bloods as a way of increasing profit and fame for the Raikou clan. Being run by a group of elders who are just old pure bloods, the average person hopes that Kisho will take the crown and put the council of elders back into line. Of course who knows what Kisho really wants to do.

Bloodline Name:

Stages: There are a total of 5 stages, but when a stage is achieved its permanently gotten, so once you get a stage you have it forever making this bloodline scary cause once a person gets to stage 5 they have the powers always.

Stage 1: Anyone with pure blood has stage one and that is the ability to be immune to lightning/electricity in all ways and also be able to detect when a thunder storm is coming. People who learn it better even can make small little zaps.

Stage 2: This stage is much harder to achieve although all royal family has this stage to start off. Pure bloods can once in awhile reach stage 2, often this allows them to marry royalty. Stage 2 grants the ability to stronger electric and lightning control but in the way of just will not Jutsu, making it very strong if the person has a strong will.

Stage 3: Only 1 member of royalty has ever been able to make this stage. At this stage the person can control electricity on a much stronger level to where they can make the air around the target electrocute the target. Also the sense are greatly increased in this stage to where they could rely on just hearing and feeling where the electricity is around them to actually see with ones eyes closed. At stage 3 the user risks loss of never using a different element.

Stage 4: The stage is only known through legends. It grants one the ability to control electricity to the point where they can summon lightning storms and would be able to also make there entire body out of pure electricity meaning they would be immune to all attacks as they would go right through the person as if they were a clone. Also its said they get their sense enhanced enough to hear a mouses heart beat 100 miles away, of course its just legends so probably is much less.

Stage 5: Stage 5 is a unknown stage but lets the user summon Zeus’s lightning bolts from the sky and allows them to release huge amounts of electricity for almost no chakra loss as they absorb the energy from nature. To achieve this stage means that the person has to talk with the great lightning god himself, Zeus, and ask that he bestows the power upon the person. Only it would never happen unless the person had leverage.

Description: The blood line does not change any physical appearance whatsoever.

---------- Miscellaneous Information ----------

Population: Many thousands of people cause the clan lets anyone in and they protect them and give them land in return for them offering up good or labor to the clan. There are about 20 elders, 70 pure bloods, and only 3 in the royal family, something that worries the people of the Raikou clan greatly, partly why Kisho is the last hope for the family.

Profession: The Raikou clan does pretty much everything but the mass of them are bodyguards to emperors or nobles.

Alignment: Neutral leaning to Evil.

Hmm... the history is sensible, and the bloodline makes sense. There are a few spelling errors, but nothing huge. I'm not so sure that its fair about the 'permanent' bloodline though, unless it has some downside... perhaps not be able to use any other elements at stage three or something?

Haha, one I've been gone all day, two, my character is done, but I want to make sure it works with the clan, so I'm finishing my clan before releasing either.
