Element: Lightning

Description: The user forces lightning through there body to force their mind, muscles, and senses to be tripled in power. Only at this level the person can only sustain it for a minute and then if they pushed it they have a high chance of regretting it the next day. Also they will probably pass out.

Description: Level 2 allows the user to preform this for a much longer time, 4-5 hours. Also they will be 4 times faster, stronger, and sensitive to everything around them. This can only be turned on after number lvl. 1 is turned on.

Description: By forcing a little blip of lightning into the persons legs they can take just one step and travel anywhere from 5 ft to 5 miles depending on the size of the blip. If your watching someone preform this it looks like they just teleport from one place to another. Only taking a blip of lightning its easy to use many times and not even notice a chakra drain.

Description: By forcing energy into a blade forged by gods the user can turn the blade white and it can then stretch and bend to any length at a incredible speed. Often breaking the sound barrier. The blade can cut through anything if the user forces the tip to be sharp, or it can be more dull to push things. No matter how far the blade stretches it must always come back when done with the jutsu. This move requires no hand seals if your park of the Raikou clan.

Description: The user summons storm clouds and can have them rain, shoot lightning, thunder, or just be cloudy. They do have complete control of it so could have the lightning strike a person. This does require a constant supply of chakra.

Description: By using Finding the Heaven jutsu the user can take the power from the heavens and feed it into themselves. At this point they will have a extreme high of energy so much so that the chakra will seep out of there body and stir up the electricity in the air along with making it hard to breathe for others and if chunin and bellow they will feel as if they were being killed over and over by the pure amount of chakra around them. The amount compares to all that is in one of the 9 tailed beasts. Of course only the Raikou clan has the capability to do this and even then it isn't healthy.

Description: By taking part of the energy and forcing it into a small area, the palm of the users hand, they can then release it suddenly to create a beam of pure lightning that can pierce anything and that could destroy an entire town if given enough energy.

Element: Lightning

Description: By firing of the electricity in your mind the user can turn things off in your body at any time and can make you see anything they want if they have enough practice. Usually the easiest is to imprint something such as imprint that certain things don't exists. This jutsu is very hard to control but once in place unlike other genjutsu it stays in your head and is simple electricity, so someone with the best chakra control wouldn't even know its there. Not even eye techniques. Only this move takes time and often the user has to be touching the target.
