Description: This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they can't see through it. Of course, it also depends on the water or humidity in the area.

Name: Water Release: Violent Water Wave

Element: Water

Description:Suiton - Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the Shinobi will expel a strong jet of water from their mouth at their opponent. The water hits hard with significant concussive force. It easily pushes an opponent off their feet and pushes them away, it can knock them out depending on the force put behind it and the distance of the target. Also if close enough it hits with enough force to easily break bone.

Name: Water Release: Erupting Geyser Technique

Description:The user gathers a mass of chakra into his or her hands and places into water. This jutsu causes the water underneath the opponent to blast upwards with Geyser like force. If the user has enough chakra, this can be done three times before more chakra must be gathered into the user’s hands.

Name: Water Release: Rising Water Cutter

Element: Water

Description:Mizu Kamikiri is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the necessary 5 hand signs Lynn will stomp her foot onto the ground before her in the direction of her opponent, causing water to rise up and travel towards her target as a slicing jet rising up to 5 feet high. This jet slices right out and through the ground on its way towards the target.

Name: Water Release: Freeze Flash

Element: Water

Description: This jutsu freezes the opponent. Only works on living creatures however, not puppets or other tools. The user touches the opponent’s skin, forcing water chakra into him or her, freezing the liquid that makes up over seventy percent of the human body. It takes touching the opponent for 10 seconds for an average ninja to fully freeze someone.

Description: The user makes three handseals, the places their hand into the water in the shape of a claw. From anywhere in the same water mass, a claw will appear to grab or slash at the opponent. The user can create up to five claws at the same time, and they can remain holding the opponent for up to a minute after the user has taken his hand out of the water.

Description: Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique is a giant, powerful dragon created out of water. It is first revealed in the series by Zabuza Momochi and copied at the same time by Kakashi Hatake (although it is possible that he already knew the jutsu). This jutsu needs 42 hand seals, the most amount of hand seals necessary to use a jutsu shown in the series. Another drawback to the technique is that it requires the user to be near a large body of water to complete the technique. However, Tobirama Senju was able to produce one far from water and with only one hand seal, which was a testament to his skill and one of the reasons why he was selected as Hokage. Lynn can produce one with ten away from water, three on water.

Name: Water Release: Water Encampment Wall

Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water that can be up to 360° if necessary. This wall of water is especially efficient at stopping fire techniques though is unable to defend against elemental fusion and combination techniques such as those employed by Kakuzu. In the manga the hand seal sequence for this jutsu ends in the same seal that activate the Byakugan, though Tobirama Senju only needs one to use this jutsu. Furthermore the anime creates a completely original and far more elaborate set of hand seals when Tobirama uses it in the form of having the right hand cupping the left hand with a thumbs-up. Kakashi Hatake after the time skip is shown to be able to execute this jutsu in an area with no water by blowing water from his mouth (through his mask) suggesting that the ninja only blows out a stream of chakra that turns into water externally. Tobirama also used this method during the Destruction of Konoha arc, and it was this jutsu that made the Konoha ANBU in attendance marvel at his ability to use such a high level technique in a place with no water, meaning it must be quite a remarkable feat.

Description: This jutsu enables the user to control surrounding water and moister much like Gaara controls his sand. It can be used to block most incoming attacks, bind or drown opponents, and shape the water into various attacks, allowing the user in conjunction with the Summoning Technique to allow water-based summonings to fight in areas that it normally need water to move around by either trapping the target in the same water or maneuvering the water to allow the summing to chase the target. It is able to extract and utilize groundwater, and as is very effective most areas, but useless in rocky areas. However, because its raw manipulation, it takes up more chakra then a specific jutsu.

Description: One of Lynn's personal jutsu's, this allows her to 'become' water. It is always active, unless she turns it off, but it require little chakra to maintain, instead activating when she is about to be injured. This always activates when her body is going to take damage when active, which isn't always a good thing. If someone tried to stab her, they would find whatever part of her they are trying to stab had become water and would reform as soon as the blade was removed. There would be a slight cut, which is what actually activated the jutsu, but it wouldn't be any larger than a paper cut.

Name: Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Element: Water

Description: After spitting out a great volume of water from his mouth, the enemy is swallowed up by this advancing surge and crushed. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. When used with Kisame's enormous chakra, even dry wastelands will turn into an ocean.

Name: Water Release: Rivers True Flow

Element: Water

Description: Another one of Lynn's personal jutsu. By learning to tap into the energy of moving water, she has learned to continuously regenerate energy as long as the water around her is moving, taking the kinetic energy from the water and feeding it into her body in form of chakra or energy. This energy can be used as a replacement for sleep, or used to speed up the healing of wounds.
